Transfer/Cancellation Policy

• Should you be unable to attend the Exchange Fair, a substitute delegate is welcome. All cancellations or alterations to registration must be made in writing to the organisers.

• A full refund, less 10% processing fee will be made on those received before 20th December 2016

• A refund less 20% processing fee will be made on cancellations received between 21st Dec 2016 and 15th January 2017

• No refund will be made after 15th January 2017.

• All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the Exchange Fair.
